I have a Valiant Turbomax, it is heating the bottom of the house but the radiators upstairs are luke warm, if i turn the radiators off from downstairs, the upstairs ones get warm, as soon as i turn the downstairs ones on again the upstairs ones go back to luke warm.
pressure gauge is normal
lazy pump pump needs replacing you can buy a myson replacement pump head for around 30-40 pounds and this just replaces the head if you want the full vaillant pump which there is no point it is around 200 pounds
