Replacing heating element on Bosch Washing machine?

How do I replace a heating element on a Bosch Washing machine Ref E-nr.WFL2063GB/12

The best way is to do it as Vince said, this is probably the best manual you can possible get. Disconnecting heating element is quite easy as you can just gently tilt your machine to the back and do it from the bottom. But removing it is whole another story, and needs to be done by removing front panel (not enough space from the bottom).
Some info about spares and general part numbers can be found here https://www.bosch-eshop.com/eshop%28bD1lbiZjPTAwOQ==%29/bosch/gb/prodp.htm?prod=WFL2000UK%2f12&ESHOPTYPE=S

thanks Vince for your post, helped a lot

Factually accurate but a bit difficult to read. Just done mine too. Thanks Vince, couldnn't have done it without your post. However, basically, take the whole front off the machine including the rubber seal, door and latch, slide off the front by pushing it to the left and then pull the element out (the bit with wires in, a bolt in the middle, offset centre bottom of the drum, u can't miss it.) buy a new one on ebay for 20 quid and ur done.

I guess this is too late for Kelvin but I'll post my answer anyway as I've just done it! This was for a Bosch Classixx Express.
Put the washing machine (gently) on its back. Locate the left hand torx screw behind the panel that hides the drain hole (bottom right) and remove it. You can then slide the bottom panel to the right and take it off revealing two screws either side of the main front panel that hold it on. Remove these. Remove the screws holding the door on and the door catch. Remove the wire holding the drum seal and release the drum seal from the front panel. Loosen a torx screw that you will find below the soap dispenser. (Remove the soap dispenser drawer to see it.)
You should now be able to slide the main panel down and remove it.
You will now see the connectors going to the heating element at the bottom of the drum. Remove all the connectors but make a sketch so you can remember how to put them back. Then just lever out the element gently by prising under the rubber seal with a wide blade. It's only the rubber seal that holds it in and it will eventually work it's way off. And there you have it - one grotty element. (Well mine was!)
Good luck!
