Dyson dc08. How to dismantle the sweeper head?

The smalls wheels of sweeping head of my Dyson dc08 is jammed by the hairs and no longer rotating during sweeping. It makes the head scratch the floor woods. I tried to dismantle the head and clean it but was not successful. Have anybody experience with this issue?
