Mend Singer 9005 Foot Sewing

Singer Model 9005 - Part for Presser Foot Lifter?

Hi
I have a Singer Model 9005 sewing machine. The metal piece that contains the tension screw for the Presser Foot Lifter has broken. This is the screw the connects the lever and the presser foot rod. The metal piece that slides over the rod has split in half and the lever not raise or lower the Presser Foot.

What is this part called? Where could I order it?
