It's a Potterton Promax he with a Sunvic Select 207 XLS timer programmer.

After a power failure the boiler would not relight - Marie has bought and installed a replacement Programmer but the failure symptoms remain. Marie believes the time has no power to it and is trying to discover how it gets its feed.

I think she need an electrician.
