Mend Magnavox MK-X3100 Setting Picture Menu

mk-x3100?

I changed my setting on the dvd to panscan or interlace dont know which one but i lost the picture. I cant even bring up the menu to change things (or atleast I cannot see it). I long ago lost the instructions.
Is there a way of resetting to manufacturers settings or default.
