start it up without the bar connected to see if the oiler kicks out oil, should come out a teaspoon every 20 secs, if this works, the problem is with your bar being incorrect or oil holes blocked. if it doesnt oil then check the filter & pump mechanism.

try rinsing tank out with diesel. make sure oil isn't too thick

"OILER NOT WORKING"

I took that to mean the oiler is not working, rather than "THERE'S NOT OIL GETTING TO MY CHAIN", so surely if the oiler isn't working, then no matter how much cleaning you do it isn't going to magic into life is it?

The 1st thing I would try is take the bar off and clean the groove where the chain rides, also blow out the oiler holes in the bar with an air compressor. I have had to do this to mine occasionally as sawdust clogs the oil passages (saw dust and oil make a plug) . Hope this works
