how do i fix the leaking rear brake cylinder and contminated lin?

Thanks Mutley for your response, how do you fix this rear cylinder and brake linings because i cant afford to have it done?

remove both rear drums use good one as template/only tricky bit is bleeding brakes after.local dad/handbloke should be able to help
