how can i fix my renault cleo 1.2 1998?

drive the car around a left hand and right hand bend, which ever bend produces the noise the outer cv joint on the opposite side is at fault.
right hand bend "no noise" ns joint ok, "noise" fault
left hand bend "Noise" os joint at fault, "no noise" ok
