how can i fix my '97 vauxhall frontera 2.5tds?

my frontera loses a lot of water over short distances and cooling system has seriuous over pressure issue, also internal heater blows hot then cold

thanks mutley, definately got fumes in water system so hope it just gasket & nothing more serious like crack in valve jacket. gonna rip out & inspect head!!!
