Mend Bosch Exxcel 1400 Washing Machine Softener

How can I fix my bosch washing Machine Exxcel 1400 express?

My softener tray does not seem to empty or rinse through. I am waisting no end of softener. I scrubbed inside the tray holder to clean the holes out but still nothing. I have run bleach on a 90 degree wash but nothing. Is anything else I can do?
