Mend White Knight CL43 Heat Tumble Dryer

No heat from tumble dryer?

I have a White Knight CL43 tumble dryer which is giving out no heat. When I removed the top and checked the element I got around 50 ohms on each of the elements (2 x 1250 watts) so thats ok. When I switch on I measure 240V on each element terminal but still no heat, any ideas ?
