drivers seat on my renault clio is sliding back and forward ?

hi can anyone help me my driver seat has broken on my renault clio 51 plate its just going back and forward and it wont stay i dont want have to pay for a new seat! please anyone!!!!

My dad fixed it yeppeee there is a leaver under at the back of the car seat he pulled up and it sprung forward onto the runners it must have came off the runners and this puts it back on them some how !!! geneous i answered my own question!
