how can i fix my printer lexmark x1180?

it works on windows xp but cant communicate with windows vista. any ideas

Yes. XP drivers do not work with Vista. The fix is to download Vista drivers from www.lexmark.com. If Lexmark do not support Vista on your printer than you've had it I'm afraid.
