Mend Vaillant turbo max Boiler Heating

How do I top up the water levelin my turbo max boiler valliant?

there is no switch to top up the water level...

Diane thanks for your reply, my brother has just sorted this out for me & he said you need a long flat ended screw-driver & underneath as you said he said you have to shut off one of the valve's then open the other and this has solved this problem.

I'm currently having enormous problems with a new Vaillant boiler and top-up problems-been going on for a couple of months. Have you checked underneath the boiler?-there should be two switches-one to the left and one to the right?
