No water from kitchen tap (hot or cold)?

Just had a big freeze, temp dropped to -14c. Next morning utility room pipes and kitchen pipes frozen. Left heating on and utility room taps came on again, but, kitchen taps still nothing, not even a gurgling sound of water thawing and trying to come through. Left heating on all night, and cupboards surrounding sink open, and loft hatch open. But still nothing the next day, and still no sound of thawing.
All other taps in bungalow working just fine, could it be kitchen pipe still frozen or other problem with tap or pipe
