why is my washing still soaking after the spin?

pipe blockage,filter blocked or drain pump blocked/seized
drain excess water off first by lowering the drain hose into a bowl
1) Locate filter and clean out,[might be HIDDEN in the large black hose that comes from the bottom of the outer drum] .((Old towels needed for water spillage))
2) Check the pipes all through there run starting at the drain connection on the bottom of the outer drum to the stand pipe or sink u bend(problem maybe here due to the small size of the hole)
3) Check the pump operation a new one may be needed
