how do i get to my heater fan on my 02 clio sport?

dont bother with the heater fan you need to find the heater motor speed resistor and replace this first from the symptoms you describe ie the fan only works on full speed and then finally gives up the ghost thats your problem haynes manual should help you locate the speed resistor but its probably in the heater box above the glove box in your clio
