How hard to change solenoid on honywell gas valve?

Its easy - providing you are Corgi registered which guessing by the fact you are asking I assume you are not, hence if you try, you've broken the law, as you need to check burner pressures etc..... call someone who knows what they are doing

Because the unit is a gas valve the solenoid is set into a solid airtight epoxy type resin to avoid fires caused by shorting circuits or electrical sparks.
If its broke- buy a replacement
