Plumbng?

My Junker bottled gas water heater has stopped running - no automatic ignition fires and no gas comes through - however when I took it off the wall and drove it over 5kms of dirt track bouncing around in the jeep and then refitted it - it worked perfectly for about one week and then stopped again. can't keep disconnecting it and shaking it around - some valve must be sticking - any suggestions
