Creda 37747 has no heat?

My creda tumble dryer spins but there is no heat. I have changed the thermostats as the had just gone. I have checked them and they are ok(not open circuit). There seems to be no power getting to the heating element. The water full light is not illuminated and i have exhausted my knowledge can some one please tell me what to try next.

I wonder if you acn help me i want to change the thermal cut out switches on mine but unfortunately we cant remember what way round they went red dot one to eithe right or left looking at it and what wires are connected. Would it be possible for you to open check yours and write back a detailed note of how they are attached.
