receipts?

Hi.
Unfortunately, there is a mistake in the manual, so you may have to try several settings.
It depends upon the receipt buffer setting:

Turn key to REG mode.
Press #/NS and make sure the drawer opens.
Press PO
Now try making a sale and see if it prints.

If it still does, change the buffer setting:

Turn key to PGM mode.

Now turn back to REG mode and try it. If it still prints, press PO after the drawer opens, then try it again.
If it still prints, do the above, but with a 1 i.e. 21 RA 1 PO (in PGM mode), then go back to REg, try it then try pressing PO in REg mode again.

Just keep trying these combinations until the receipt turns off.
Once you get it to turn off, you can still print a receipt if the customer requests one just by pushing CASH twice at the end of the sale.
