dam remote wont work on technika tv?

My Technika TV has reset it self to factory setting, and the good people who make it decided to make the crapiest tv remote in the world!!! I cant push ok cause the dam thing dont work.... Normalyl i can use the top buttons but it is doing install from fisrt time you get it out of the box... Its doing my head in. Stupid dam remote make a steel one next time technikaany one help me
