my 4gb zen moziac is frozen and stuck on the shutting down screen,its been like that for 2 days now.i cant bring it back to the store.I really like this product but I dont think it was worth buying..so can any one help me
contact Zen direct in Dublin (if you are a UK resident) e-mail a description of the problem and they will get back to you. It may take a couple of days but I had a similar problem with my Zen and they managed to get it sorted, something to do with upgrading software I think. Hope this helps.
