My Renault Megan Calbriolet 1.6 16v 2002 (52) wipers?

How do I fix my front wipers? They don't work. I have found a blue 15A fuse blown but am not sure where I took it from. Any chance of telling me, as the fuse box diagram confuses me.

Or could it be a relay. I switched them on when there was heavy snow on them
