where is the filter situated?

Usually the filter is at the lower right hand side of the machine, under the drum. It is within a screwd enclosure, you will have to loosen this off and be prepared to collect residual water. Remove filter fully and clear blockage. Womens underwire bras are a main culprit as they slip and get caught.
