how can I bleed air from the PT Cruiser radiator?

My Cruiser radiator bubbles and have been told that the car has trapped air in the radiator. Its not overheating at all.

On most cars theses days there is a bleed vavle located in the cooling system for this purpose.
By now thou it should have bled itself and pulled coolant from the recovery jug.
This could also be the sign of a headgasket going bad
