Mend Hotpoint RFA80S Stop Being Ice

How do I stop the drainage tube being blocked by ice?

The drainage tube keeps getting blocked by ice - I have tried pouring warm water down the hole this unblocks it eventually but it blocks again every 7-10 days. Is there a more permanent solution. It is a Hotpoint RFA80S. Approx 6 years old. Thank you in advance.
