How can i fix the timing on my singer 319k sewing machine?

I think the timing needs to be re set on my singer 319k machine as the needle keeps hitting the bobbin casing. Does anyone have any idea how i can do this.

Hello Peter,
I can attach instructions if you email me below, make sure you are using needle style 206X13, they are special needles for that machine only, any other needle will hit the bobbin case.
