I have the same problem. I try autoscan, but it doesn't recognise any channels. I was told by the service company (whose contract Bluevison didn't renew at the end of December) that it's probably a digital software problem. Very sceptical about Bluevision. This is a replacement unit I bought, because the one that came with the house that I bought 4 months ago, also stopped working. This replacement is brand new and doesn't work. How cr@p is that? Does anyone know where to get help for this dodgy product?
