Mend General Electric Older Model Find

I have an older model general electric stove apartment size?

I can't find the fuses on this thing I've taken most of the back of it off and all I find is wires. Were renting and two of the burners on the right side of the stove have never worked what can I do and were are the fuses located?

Is there a plate underneath the control switches with subtle little catches that you slide inwards and then the plate drops down and exposes the fuses?
