How do I fix my printer?
I think my Lexmark is broken. A single, thin, long plastic strip attached to the ink cartridge came undone, and now stated cartridge will not align. What does this part do, and is it possible to repair it? If so, how? I am using a Lexmark X4550, and this is the first time any error of this sort has occured for me.
