Mend Ford Transit Central Locking Van Fob

Central locking on transit 2001?

just stopped working, nothing locks only drivers door off key. makes a quiet noise as if its trying to lock from the fob. Also if you lock passenger door from inside it opens automatically. Can anyone help please !! Where do I start ???? :-(
