what tool do i need for my speedflight?

i am changing my drive belt but i can get the front pulley off

no need to take pulley off. grab hold of rear pulley put fingers in where belt is. then pull that half of pulley towards you .pulley opens. belt goes slack. replace belt pully closes up when you start scooter.
