my ferrolli 25 boiler is not working = the error code is 20 ?

my ferrolli 24 boiler isnt working - the error code is either 20 or 21 but the troubleshoot section of the manual doesnt cover this and the helpline is closed - what is this ?? the only thing i have done is bleed my radiators ?
