Hi Stuart, to enter the code eg 6823 Press button 1 repeatedly until 6 is displayed, button 2 untill 8 is displayed and so on untill the full code is displayed then press button 5 to enter the code if you have entered the wrong code it will say wait 30 after 30 mins with the radio left on it will give you another chance to enter, up to 10 wrong code entries then it is locked if you post another question with the radio serial number here you should get the code
