Mend Hotpoint FFA52S Second Fail Weeks

Freezer Failure?

We have just had our second Hotpoint FFA52S fail after only 6 weeks. The fault then was diagnosed as being the tubes at the back the freezer being iced up and the fan not working. A replacement arrived and has now failed. We are now waiting for an engineer to call. Also we find the frost free version far noisier than the standard. Any one got any thoughts on this one?
