Mend Goodmans GTV26W3LCD Screen Fix Problem

How can I fix my Goodmans GTV26W3LCD Tv?

Powering up the screen goes to narrow muticoloured vertical lines and then blanks from the bottom up. About 10 red vertical bars then appear over to the LHS and then they too vanish. This has happened progressively over the last few days and started as intermittent. Now it is every time. Sound is fine. Any thoughts or experience of this problem please?
