Mend Seat Arosa 1998 Stopped Working

How do I locate the horn in a Seat Arosa?

How do I locate the horn in a Seat Arosa 1.4 (1998). It has stopped working and I have checked all of the fuses. I need to locate the horn itself so I can clean up the spade connectors but can't see where it is.

It's under the nearside front wheel arch, (lhs, looking from within the car). Remove plastic wheel arch cover with appropriate torx driver and it's just by the light cluster.
