Mend Nissan K12 Fog Lights Front

How do i fit some fog lights on my k12 micra?

Hi I was just wondering how i would go about to fit some fog lights into the spaces on the front bumper? I have a 2007 k12 nissan micra, and there are spaces where the fog lights can be fitted. Does any body know where i could get some of these and also if the wiring for these lights has already been done so it would be a case of simply buying and click into place?
