Mend Ford Mondeo Door Card Drivers

Location of door card?

I have read some of the problems about my Mondeo Drivers door letting in water and they say remove the door card and reseal around it What is the door card and where is it located

they are reffering to door trim panel which will need removing for access to the membrane ,which needs to be intact and fully stuck to door , at least sides and bottom, make sure there are no gaping holes in it where someone may have damaged previously. if not stuck will allow water to enter cabin wrong side of door seal.
