its completely frozen!?
when i turn on my zen sometimes lets me choose a song then itll say that its playing and freeze then when i try to switch the song, the light will turn on but nothing happens. The reset button thing doesnt work either because everytime i try to do it, it will reboot then do the same thing over again. Do i need a new one?
