Mend Technics PR603 Times Stay Time

SXPR603 Technics?

My PR603 when I turn it on I just get a blue screen but some times it comes on after a little and will stay on for 2hrs another time it only stay on for 2min

When I turn it on, the sounds are all over the place, it plays itself, the sounds don't reflect the keys that are being pressed.

It sounds like the CPU is over heating and causing dry joints.I have repaired alot of these with this fault,
