treadmill noise - giving me headache?

hi

i have a tunturi t60f and its making a very loud noise - when i increase the speed the noise gets louder and faster. Hubby has had a look and assures me its the the motor, also it judders sometimes. I think its the belt but dont know what to do, have tightend the belt and lubricated and still the noise.
