Mend Delonghi Oven Repair

Delonghi "Professional" oven door will not shut. ?

Looks good but some faults. The main one at the moment is that I have to use a child's cricket bat to keep the oven door shut. Is there a simple way of fixing this?

Seems your not the only one with this problem, its a dangerous fault.Also with the non existent grill flame and same for one of the burners on the hob. Along with poor transfer details that wash off ,its the worst thing i have ever bought
