SPIN SPEED KNOB on Bosch Classixx 1400 Express?

Model No: WFO2867GB/15
Hi - The SPIN SPEED KNOB on my machine no longer clicks to the higher spin speeds and now only spins at 600rpm.
Ive located a replacement at http://www.bosch-spareparts.co.uk/Details.cfm?ProdID=8499&category=425
I guess that the plastic legs on the knob have sheared off so its not selecting the speed.
If anyone could offer practical advise on removing the clipped housing on the inside of the front panel where the selector knobs are situated Id be grateful for any advise.

I bought the machine about 3 years ago 2nd hand so there is no warranty with it - it has been a good machine up until now.
The info I require is really how to replace the Spin speed knob.
I will look into what warranty that might still exist on it! - Thanks for your reply.

You didnt say how old your machine is but if fairly new I would go back to the company you bought it from and try them first.
Under the Sale of Goods Act the retailer is required to offer a repair or replacement on items like washing machines which would be expected to last for a number of years.
Unfortunately I cant offer advise on replacing parts.
