Mend Logik L10DVD01 DVD Player No Display Disc Error

Logik 10" DVD with no screen display?

I have a Logik 10" portable DVD player which will no longer play DVD's. There is power into the player but the screen displays nothing and I'm not sure of the disc is spinning.

Any ideas?
