how can i fix my heater?

i fitted my sub and found that my heater stopped working. when i turn my lights on the lights on the heater do come on but no fan action when i turn it on. i hav checked the fuses and the are fine.
would it have been posible i knocked a connection off the back of the pannal when fitting wy sub?
