triton t 90 keeps tripping fuse board?

tritont90 will work on cold but when i turn on heat setting it trips at the board

you could have something inside leaking slightly or condensation ,a joint or even the heater unit itself could leak,which would explain black mould and frequent tripping .above all isolate electrics before investigating cause , triton are very good on spares backup but if in any doubt replace unit as your safety is worth more than anything else make sure if you do that the KW of shower is ok for your existing wiring.
