Send them back, they're very very good about faulty goods and will replace them for you.

My straighteners stopped working after a month of using them and i returned them around 3 weeks ago. I rang them up today because of this as i have heard nothing back from them, i did think the straighteneres were good for the time which i used them so iw anted a new pair returned but i was told that apparently that company who supplied the straightener has gone into liquidation and so they cant send me a new straightener or anything at all! They are clearly not a proper company.

I recieved another pair of hair straighteners and they went wrong too. Im now waiting for my third pair ! I have requested a different model to the Tourmaline ones that i had but suppliers have said no they will be the same. If anyone is thinking about buying them don't bother as the company is going into liquidation ...so they tell me!

Hi, i recently purchased some Scp straighteners too,they worked 3 times then stopped working!! I have rung the supplier and sent them back....that was nearly 1 wk ago so hopefully i will get a replacement soon.
